Westpark Subdivision, Phase 3A. This is an example of a typical S4 Group project, a residential subdivision in Anchorage. We coordinate all aspectsof design with other professionals such as Triad Engineering and others. We have an excellent working relation with other professionals to create a seamless and efficient operation that saves the developer money in the long run. Our construction surveying professionals provide efficient and timely construction surveying services, utilizing state of the art GPS surveying systems.

Sampling of construction projects S4 personnel have been the lead construction surveyor; Seward Highway, Bird Creek to Indian, Minnesota Drive, International Airport Road to the OSH, Dimond Blvd, NSH to Minnesota Drive, Lake Otis, from Tudor to 76th Ave, Grtand Teton Loop road, etc.

Northpoint Bluff Subdivision. This mixed use of single family and multi family houses sits on the bluff in the Government Hill district of Anchorage with panoramic views that sweep from the Chugach Mountains to Cook Inlet. Northpoint Bluff was planned, designed, managed and constructed by the professionals now with the S4 Group.

Sahalee Subdivision. This premier and highly successful residential subdivision in the Hillside district of Anchorage was designed and professionally managed and developed by the professionals at the S4 Group. We know the technical and the financial side of land developing, and this gives us a unique advantage over other companies that only know the technical side while ignoring the financial side of the equation.
